01 The BioMultiMax mission

Nine years. One purpose.

Since 2017, BioMultiMax has pursued a demanding research mission with scientific input from four professors associated with internationally recognized universities in Liverpool, Tokyo, Berlin and Amsterdam. Major investment, repeated testing and the refusal to give up turned the original objective into a working technology platform. In the ninth year, the team reached the performance objective it had set from the beginning.

HERCULES IQ™ is designed as a coordinated suppression system—not simply a foam generator. Each stage supports the next, from first contact through post-knockdown protection.

Fast surface wetting and foam generation are engineered to interrupt flame contact quickly.

Is HERCULES IQ™ PFAS-free?

Yes. It is PFAS-free and fluorine-free, with zero intentionally added fluorinated compounds. Total-organic-fluorine verification is part of the certification roadmap.

Do I need new equipment?

No. It is designed for conventional water-based foam equipment — extinguishers, fire engines, nozzles, monitors and fixed systems — operated at the specified concentration and pressure.

What concentration is used?

The current Class A/B concentrate is applied at 3% and 6%.

Can it be used on lithium-ion battery fires?

Lithium-ion hazards are addressed by the dedicated BRON™ program, focused on deep cooling and propagation control. Battery applications require hazard-specific formulations, protocols and independent validation.

Is it safe on live electrical equipment?

No dielectric safety is claimed on energized equipment. Follow standard electrical isolation procedures.
